POWER: E5 is equipped with the first engine independently developed by Brilliance a 1.8-liter 170 horsepower turbo with a choice of five-speed manual transmission or an automatic transmission. DRIVE: E5 is built on a shortened version of the E7 chassis optimized by Porsche. As a result, E5 offers the same solid driving experience as its sibling. Precise steering and easy handling are the hallmark of E5. SAFETY: Built with maximum safety in mind, E5 includes a comprehensive list of safety features. E5s anti-lock braking system, electronic brake boosters, disc brakes and dual-circuit braking system work together to respond at a moments notice. E5 is also equipped with advanced airbag and seatbelt features to keep driver and passengers out of harms way. STYLE: E5 combines a sporty look with elegance and, while compact, conveys a dynamic appearance. Designed by Italian designer Giugiaro, E5s contours, lines and angles create a distinctive image that catches the eye.
